Air Control Heating & Air Conditioning LLC offers heating and air conditioning maintenance services, completed by a qualified service technician for $75 per service, twice per year. Our technicians will check your thermostat calibration and check, clean or replace filters on your air conditioning unit or furnace at all maintenance service visits in addition to the following inspection and maintenance service checklists.

  • COOLING MAINTENANCE SERVICE CHECKLIST

    Outside Unit Inspection:
    • Clean area around outside unit
    • Check disconnect
    • Check contactor
    • Check electrical connections
    • Check insul-tube
    • Check run capacitor/ dual capacitor
    • Check fan blades/ blow out blade
    • Condenser motor amps
    • Compressor amps
    • Check reversing valve
    • Check compressor motor temp
    • Check freon level
    • Check 5 temperatures
    • Remove debris from inside unit
    • Tighten cabinet screws/check for missing
    • Check and replace valve caps, if needed
    • Rinse off condensing coil
    • Wipe down condensing unit
    Inside Unit Inspection:
    • Visually inspect ductwork
    • Clean/inspect return air chase
    • Check electrical connections
    • Check blower motor amps
    • Check blower motor run cap
    • Check float safety switch
    • Inspect and clean secondary drain pan
    • Check vent pipe for rust or leak issues
    • Check evap coil/clean with green cleaner
    • Clear drain line
    • Install algae tablets
    • Check supply temp/return temp

    • Check float safety switch
    • Inspect and clean secondary drain pan
    • Check vent pipe for rust or leaks
    • Check evap coil and clear drain line
    • Check supply temp/ return temp
